Understanding Suicide – Warning Signs Lunch and Learn
This workshop focuses on recognizing warning signs of suicide and the steps individuals can take to support someone experiencing suicide ideation. This workshop aims to build on information shared in Understanding Suicide, however it is not a requirement to have attended. This workshop is open to all individuals 18+.

This workshop will dispel some of the myths surrounding grief and acknowledge some of the unhelpful things we do in our society in an effort to be supportive.
