Kids Empowered (5 – 8 years)
Kid’s Empowered is a kids group designed for children ages five to eight years old. This day long group is set up like a day camp and includes activities, fun and learning. This group is for children who have experienced any hardships related to our four pillars – domestic violence, suicide, homelessness and poverty. This group is a fun, interactive way to help children engage with their feelings, build self-esteem, learn about who to talk to about mental health concerns and how to build trust.

Discovering Me (9 – 12 years)
This group is designed for children ages 9 to 12, who have experienced any hardships related to our four pillars – domestic violence, suicide, homelessness and poverty. This group is set up like a day camp focusing on learning and celebrating themselves. By participating in several activities the participants will learn how self-regulate emotions, learn coping skills, learn tools to help them be good friends, and work on self-esteem and emotions all within a safe environment interlaced with fun.
